Property Acquisition
we are familiar with the intricacies of the Telecommunications Act, and approach each location mindful of planning, design, construction and transmission issues. a successful property negotiation is vital for the timely progression of sites through to the next stage, and our property controllers carefully select sites with the highest potential for success.

Planning and Environment
Each site has its own set of planning and environment needs.  We understand the legislation including local authority requirements, federal government processes and the recently introduced ACIF Code.  Our investment in developing and maintaining relationships with local governments ensures council submissions are lodged and processed with minimal uncertainty.

Engineering Design
Our design team is experienced in the design and operation of telecommunication facilities and this experience is transferred into the design solutions making the finished product not only compliant with specifications, regulatory requirements and Australian Standards, but also highly practical and well suited for the intended purpose. Henry & Hymas project leaders ensure that all disciplines work together, one design package encompasses any survey, structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic elements affecting the site.
