Bachelor of Civil Engineering - University of NSW

In his role of Civil Department Manager, Andrew is responsible for overall project coordination, staff allocations, overseeing designs, reports and specifications.

Andrew has over 10 years experience in design, project management, documentation and construction supervision of numerous civil/urban infrastructure projects including subdivisions, roads, industrial developments, sewer and water.

Major projects include:

• Erskine Park Estate, Eskine Park – 50 hectare industrial subdivision.(Goodman International)
• M7 business Hub, Eastern Creek – 160 hectare industrial subdivision.(Goodman International)
• Coles National Distribution Centre, Eastern Creek
• Bolwarra Residential subdivision – Investigation, masterplanning, detailed design of 500 lot subdivision
• Manooka Valley Re-zoning Application – Engineering investigation 400let residential subdivision at Camden
• North Wyong Industrial Land Re-zoning Application – Engineering investigation of the proposed 20 hectare industrial land within Porters Creek Floodplain
• Spring Hill Village, Currans Hill – 600 lot residential development
