Apprentice Structural Draftsperson (full time)

As an Apprentice Structural Draftsperson, you will be a valued member of the drafting team, and will receive extensive training alongside senior drafters to plan and document a range of structural projects. You will have the opportunity to develop skills using AutoCAD and Revit engineering software with the guidance and mentorship of a senior drafter. Your portfolio will boast mid to large scale building structures projects across Australia.

Duties:

  • 4 year Apprenticeship.
  • Preparing documentation, plans and details for structural engineering works such as commercial, industrial, residential and various building structures projects.
  • Engineering drafting using AutoCAD \ Revit 3D modelling software.
  • Assist with drawing documentation related office duties.
  • Receive hands on guidance and mentorship to deliver your projects.    

Skills & Experience:

  • HSC or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Good Computer literacy.
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
